What to Expect

Start your journey at 0630 hrs from Negombo and proceed to Kandy en-route make a pause at Pinnawala and visit millennium elephant foundation and learn more about elephants than you ever have before. Get to see and touch these gentle giants. Feed and play with baby elephants. Get a chance watch the mahouts bathe them and maybe even help out. This is an experience that takes you closer to elephants.
thereafter at approximately 1130 hrs visit The royal botanical garden of Peradeniya, renowned for its variety of plants which are, ornamental, decorative & medicinal. More than 4000 species including indigenous and introduced plants. This garden is best known for its collection of orchids which is the largest in asia.

After that at approximately 1430 proceed to Kandy town and have a lunch at a place of your choice (At your own expense). Later go on a Kandy city tour which includes technical tours related to arts such as gem crafting, woodcarving.

On completion begin your journey back to your hotel in Negombo at approximately 1730 hrs.
